Is there any way I could survive tooth infection all four wisdom teeth growing in my cheek and pushing out others trying to make room for themselves and the infection has gotten me sick I was informed today that if my back hurts when I breathe its pneumonia I will be attempting to be place on Medicare when I get a car in the next week or so I know I qualify I've even had people that work for Medicare tell me I do and that I need to get on it so I can start seeing a dr and a dentist should I be fine till I get accepted for Medicare and to the dr should I be fine what can I do to keep myself from getting worse before it all happens if it does

So about a month and a half ago, someone kicked my car at night and left a big dent. I was stupid and called insurance and they gave me two options: fix the car or take a cash settlement. However, no matter what I do, my monthly insurance rate is going to go up even though it was not my fault. I think this is ridiculous and not worth it and I just want to cancel the claim. But I have been told that once a claim is put in, there's nothing you can do and once you hit three claims, your overall premium goes way up. What do I do? I own a 1997 dodge intrepid std 4 dr sedan 6cyl gasoline 3.3 liter 4 speed in fair conditions cd player no rust with 197,242 miles. My car was was in a hail and tornado damage where the hood has a dent and the driver and passanger side have dent and the trunk. I have full coverage insurance and they telling me that my car was total last i love my car and i spent alot of money fixing it and it drives great no problem. So I was trying to get some help from some one that could tell me how much is my car worth so they wont give me less money and if they offer me less what could I do.
